Flatbed
Percentage-based pay: 27% to start plus quarterly performance increases after 90 days
Top rate of pay is 30% which is achievable in two years
Tarp pay of $45
Detention pay is available after 2 hours of waiting
Benefits available the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment
We offer 2 weeks PTO per year
Van
Mileage based Pay on loaded & empty miles
Drivers start at between .64 per mile on all loaded miles only OR .54 per mile on all miles
Benefits available the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment
We offer 2 weeks PTO per year
Fuel economy and safety bonuses
