Top Class Performance Pay Program

RCS Trucking & Freight, Inc. is committed to ensuring that our drivers have a very competitive pay and benefits package. Our Regional and OTR drivers receive a weekly guarantee pay of $1,500. This guarantee pay is in place to ensure that our drivers do not suffer financially because of things that are out of their control. (Breakdowns, Inclement Weather, etc).

Flatbed

• Percentage-based pay: 25% to start plus quarterly performance increases after 90 days
• Top rate of pay is 30% which is achievable in two years
• Tarp pay of $45
• Detention pay is available after 2 hours of waiting
• Benefits available the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment

Van

• Mileage based Pay on Loaded & Empty miles based on previous experience plus Quarterly Performance Increases after 90 days
• Drivers start at between .58 per mile based on verifiable experience
• Quarterly pay increases are available after 90 days
• Top of Scale is .64/mile
• Benefits available the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment
