Training Program

RCS Trucking & Freight, Inc. is committed to providing the highest level of training to all our drivers to ensure they are prepared to operate in a safe and efficient manner before ever hauling their first load. All new drivers are put through a 3-day orientation prior to driving to ensure they know all the company policies and procedures. 

Highlights of our training program include:

• Paid Driver training for experienced and inexperienced drivers
• $1,000 training pay per week for first 2 weeks
•  Samsara ELD System 
• Load Securement training
• Policies/Procedures
• Company provided transportation for orientation
• Lodging on-premises, breakfast/lunch provided
• Company car available for new hires
